We received word today that the first decks are on their way!
The remainder of the decks will go out in batches over the next 1-2 days. You should see a confirmation email when yours is prepped and ready!
Also, check your email inboxes in case there is an issue with your shipping address. I sent out some confirmation requests today, and if I need to get in touch for any others, I'll reach out directly via email ([email protected]).

Shipments for the Writer Emergency Pack XL decks will begin next week! We know you’ve been patiently waiting for your decks to arrive, and we’re thrilled to announce that they’ll be on their way soon.
It’s been a journey getting these decks in ship-shape. Our manufacturer retooled the boxes for a snugger fit, and dealt with a flood at the printing facility. Thankfully, none of the decks or machinery were damaged, but it did delay our timeline.
We’re confident these decks, both standard and Dark Mode, will be worth the wait.
Soon after we ship the domestic decks, you’ll receive an email that includes a direct link to a page where you can place an order for the regular or dark mode deck.
Based on our survey of international backers, it became clear we weren’t going to be able to enlist an international printer. The quantities simply weren’t there for it to be economical. Instead, we’re going to ship directly from our printing facility so that you can get a deck as early as possible.
That doesn’t achieve our goal of the smallest possible environmental footprint, but it will allow our international backers to get decks. Like all international shipping, there may be tariffs and fees, so keep that in mind when ordering.

Over the weekend, the first 100 sample decks began arriving for our Scout backers in the US and Canada. It's exciting to see them in hand!
We're largely happy with how they look and feel — but also glad we have a chance to do a few tweaks before printing the "real" ones. We'll be working with our manufacturer on box fit, and likely making a few art and copy changes.
